Collective teacher culture and school goal structure: Associations with teacher self-efficacy and engagement

Abstract One purpose of this study was to test a model collective teacher culture (CTC) proposed by Skaalvik and (Skaalvik Skaalvik, Social Psychology Education 24:1389–1406, 2021). In model, second-order CTC variable indicated four first-order variables: positive supportive social relations with colleagues, efficacy, shared goals values, value consonance. A second how associated teachers’ perceptions the school goal structure (learning performance structures). third explore between two dimensions structure, CTC, self-efficacy, engagement. Participants in were 1145 teachers elementary school, middle high school.
